Take a look in the book "Powder diffraction, Theory and practice" edited
by Dinnebier and Billinge, published by The Royal Society of Chemistry,
2008. In chapter 12, page 347 you can find the texture strength for
spherical harmonics - formula (52). You have only to add a factor 1/4 in
