when I run riak-admin diag command, sometimes it's ok, sometimes it found
run time errors like below:

And there're active transfers. On developing environment, there're no
active transfers after my running of "riak-admin cluster commit".
Can I follow the same steps as developing environment to run it on
production cluster?

I got it. Just following the steps tested on developing environment, I
finished the changing on production environment.
Now the production cluster status is as below:
root@cluster1-hd13:~# riak-admin member-status
= Membership

I used s3cmd --configure to generate ".s3cfg" config file and then access
RIAK service by s3cmd.
The access_key and secret_key from ".s3cfg" is same as admin_key
and admin_secret from "/etc/riak-cs/app.config".
However, I got error as below using s3cmd to access one bucket.
