Thanks for the meetup in SF last week. I couldn't find the place for a long
time and I was not able to hear everything that speakers said but it was
good to see you. :)
I'm not sure if the following features confront with the architectural
design and decisions of Riak but they would make many
Riak-java-pb-client complains with an IOException if I try to store into
riak a key that already exists.
Does exists a way to trasparently say to overwrite a key/value. Now I have
to check if key exists, delate and push.
Any suggestion?

I store object into riak like this:
String json = func.serializeJSON(data,false);
RiakObject ro = new RiakObject(this.bucket, doc.getKey(),json);
this.rc.store(ro);
While I can see the object into riak bucket from my sheel using curl if I
try to fetch the key like:
RiakObject[] ros = this.rc.fet
As of last week the canonical repos live on github. Changes will show there
first and then should be mirrored over to bitbucket shortly thereafter.

I've got a similar problem:
riak_admin status lists some ring-members, that are no longer available
at all. How can I get rid of those listings?
the procedure given below does not make any changes. And 'riak-admin
leave' does not work in this case, because the nodes are no longer
available.
