Jeremy; As far as I know, SMA, ABB and Ginlong have all ceased production of their direct grid-tie wind inverters. Hi Jay, I have measured tear losses ranging from 40 watts up to 75 watts with the 12kW inverter. When charging/discharging rapidly the fans contribute to the higher consumption. My understanding is that the Wifi dongle uses single digit wattage to function. Definitely important to factor in the te
