Does anyone have any trick to adjusting the tilt angle of the TPM4 pole mounts?
These are the racks with the aluminum beam (strongback) with slots for the
bolts.
We have tried anti seize, and cutting the heads of the bolts square in attempts
to help with adjustment.
Help!

Hi Jeremy,
I’ve not run into that issue but you could put more bolts at different
locations for different tilts.
A template would keep them the correct spacing.
Wouldn’t slide but would be adjustable.
I don’t know if you’ve tried heat but it’s pretty amazing at getting things
loosened up.
With help and a site visit from Adam of Enphase tech support this Ensemble system was successfully brought through commissioning. We had to do a battery black start after it discharged over the weekend. However, functional testing brought up another issue-- in off grid mode the well pump consistent

I don't think enphase has any real surge capability at all, also there is a
inverter response time, (how fast the inverter ramps in up in ms) and you
need to confirm it will start both during the day and at night to see if it
can drive through.

I'd suggest reaching out to Travis at MT Solar as he has made custom manual
adjusters for my old installed DPW pole mounts. No bolts to remove and easy
for anyone to adjust the angle without the need of a ladder.

We have a 53 IQ7 microinverter system on new-build construction that
reported and performed just great until the homeowner (a custom builder, and
one I'm trying not to unimpress!) moved in Sept 1 at which point reporting
went wonkers with inconsistent data, perceived underperformance that seemed

I don't agree with this advice about the ferrite rings. Put the ferrite
rings on the Enphase combined inverter output circuit from the AC combiner
to the point of interconnection. That filters out all noise from all
sources. I can be a pain with larger conductor sizes if you have to loop
the conduc
I’ve found that using brass nuts work well and don’t seize on the SS bolt. Just
be sure to use a lock washer. It’s not like you need a lot of clamping force,
the bolt is in pure shear so brass is fine.

Chris... I'm intrigued by the custom adjusters from MT. What about the
issue of loosening and retorqueing the 350 ftlb main pivot bolt?

Noise in the AC circuits and Enphase is nothing new, when they adapted the
new frequency this was in part to get away from the noise so it sounds like
they still have a problem. I have seen a variety of new products effect the
data stream.

Hi Don
I’m pretty sure the only option for a vfd is a 3 phase motor on that pump. The
advantage would be complete adjustability as to how fast/slow it starts.
Another option would be the Grundfos sq pump which is a soft start pump. It’s
not going to be adjustable.
But I’d like to know if th
