I believe it is rare that a PE stamp is required. A well laid out calc.
sheet should allow a moderately trained plan checker to follow along.
I am in favor of strict standards. It seem there is a school of thought
that says this is not feasible. I hope not. here's an analogy: As

approving things that we seem deserves more attention
