So far I have received excellent support from Jay at SIC. It looks like the
owner has a replacement board that I am going to replace with SIC’s
telephone support. Hopefully it is compatible, because replacement boards
are NOT cheap apparently.

They are pretty easy and the new satcon can help out and has parts, l fix
them all the time, with tech support it might be something you could do.

technical support via SIC (http://www.sicusallc.com/) which is a
reconstituted group of folks who formerly worked at Satcon.
