Jason, We support a number of Satcons here in the Denver area and utilize paid for technical support via SIC (http://www.sicusallc.com/) which is a reconstituted group of folks who formerly worked at Satcon. Bill Holmes (408.456.6779 and 905.630.7918) is one our main go-to techs for parts and troubleshooting assistance.
