I would not touch that with a20 foot pole. It will never work right and
he will assign you the blame when he sees his electric bill go down by $1
per month.

He's wanting a grid-tie inverter to lessen his electrical bill; I know he
could use an Outback but he doesn't want to fool with batteries.
