You will not find a specific "solar pump" in that range, but that's normal.
Pick the best standard 3PH pump that you can, through local channels - NOT with
variable frequency drive. The solar controller will be your VFD. Nowadays, any
pump motor is almost sure to be "inverter rated" for use with

You have to do the math for costing the grid, a genset, and solar
direct.
The genset usually wins if the grid is not an option. You can easily
find/replace pumps that are not solar direct.
If you do the solar, you still need a genset and the electronics to
support it.
