thanks all, It sure looks good.
For my digitally active clients it looks like a great idea.
But I work in the sticks and a lot of people don’t have internet let alone
wifi, or sure don’t want “that” connected to the world.
So while the great consensus is the Egauge,

We have used EGuage for three years and it is very good. It is a premium
product and is priced accordingly. I recently learned how to program it
to send email alerts when some variable is out of spec. In our case, we
wanted to monitor frequency. Tech support is also very good.

Discover is the house brand used by Canadian Energy, formerly Battery Direct.
"Canada's stored & renewable energy expert" is their tagline despite actually
having much experience with renewables - they are box movers. There is a

I use the egauge a lot. Although it is not circuit specific, you can tell
from the profiles what is taking power. You have 12 inputs so you can use
it on 12 circuits instead of just the overall service.
If you buy 50A CTs they are pretty cheap.

Hi Folks,
There was previous discussion about system(s?) that looked at the
waveform of the load and got very specific as to reporting (if I
understood the discussion), can anyone report on actual usage of this
flavor of whole house monitoring?

I would think the 1 gal sprayer would be perfect for customers with smaller
banks. When you start going through two, three or four gallons of distilled
water at a time, i could see it getting tedious. Ive used an elevated 5Gal

Dan,
We've been using the garden sprayer method for the last 14 years and
it works great!
Be sure to buy a sprayer with a plastic wand..the brass wands
can create a bit too much excitement.

Hi Jerry; That's a great idea, I'm going to get one and try it next time I
hit Home Depot. I also do not use automatic or central battery watering
systems, as I feel they give a false sense of security. Nobody is in there
regularly checking for loose connections and corrosion. My most important
