I use the egauge a lot. Although it is not circuit specific, you can tell
from the profiles what is taking power. You have 12 inputs so you can use
it on 12 circuits instead of just the overall service.
If you buy 50A CTs they are pretty cheap.
The Homeplug adapter makes getting the data to the internet very easy.
I don't think you will find anything cheaper and easier.
I have a spare unit I keep as a site assessment tool. Even though we have a
Fluke 435 Energy Analyzer, the egauge is better for longer period
assessments.
Also, you can cascade them so if you have two panels in different locations
you can use one as an input to the other.
