Why wouldn't you invest in an I-V curve tester like the Solmetric PVA series
and let it do the heavy lifting of the testing you are looking for?
Or am I missing something in what you are looking for?

As time passeth, we're bumping more into older PVs/arrays that have
questionable outputs. After minimizing the variables (dust, temps, sun
angle, wiring, expected deterioration with age, etc) and still coming up
with low numbers. Testing individual PVs' Voc and Isc don't see

Looks like the leaks are from the top of the inverters between the front
cover and rear. These inverters are nema 4 but water gets in pretty easy so
all wrenches beware that this can happen

Array Technologies makes a robust tracker but with the price of PV being
so low, why wouldn't you just add more pv on fixed racking? Trackers
require some maintenance, have a hard time with high winds, have
electronics that don't last forever, etc.

We have a few of the Array Tech Wattsun AZ225 trackers here around Truckee, CA
and like them for this very reason, that there is a manual override, being able
to also lower the tracker to a table top position with the leading edge
slightly down into the high wind events we occasionally have, 100
You can lock the Array Technologies tracker to a very steep angle for the
winter. I have several older clients on tracker that have me lock up the N/S
angle for the winter so the tracker sheds snow without their labor.
