If you are trying to run the fan while the magnum is charging you can just run a 12V converter run your zephyr off of the ac power supply or just get a small ac fan. If you are trying to run it when charging from other sources look for the AUX relays in the charge controllers like the above mentio

Yes, with the 24V fan, you will need to run battery power (or another 24VDC source) through the contacts. That's the reason I opt for 12V vent fans typically, so they can be served with the 12VDC Aux source from the charge controller. On Wed, Jan 7, 2015 at 3:26 PM, jay peltz wrote: > The route

Hi Chris, All the aux relays are voltage controlled so not sure what setting you would use to activate the fan? I would assume you are trying to turn the fan on based on high temperature in an enclosure or something so battery voltage wouldn’t be a good indicator. We have military and vehicle ap

Hi Chris, If you have a Magnum router in this system, you do have access to an aux contact otherwise you'll need an external relay. Good luck On Wed, Jan 7, 2015 at 1:56 PM, Ray Walters wrote: > The Magnums do not have relays available like the old SWs, but you can > run a Zephyr directly fro

The Magnums do not have relays available like the old SWs, but you can run a Zephyr directly from either a Outback FM controller or a Midnite Classic. Both have a controlled 200 mA, 12 output. I've had occasional trouble running the Zephyr because as weird as this sounds: the fan can have a s

Dear folks: Has anyone hooked up a battery vent fan, being turned on and off using just a Magnum MS4024PAE inverter? Is there some AUX output that can be used? Thanks as always for your help! Chris Daum Oasis Montana Inc. 406-777-4309 www.oasismontana.com ___
