Thanks Larry; I wish Honda tech support was as easy to reach as Magnum! No changes to the MMS, other than setting shore power breaker limit to match the Honda at 20 amps. Played with Magnum charge rate from 0-100%, tried all sorts of combinations of ground bonding (in, out, either, both, none).

I've been using Sears's inch pound torque wrench for many years. Gets the job done, and is reasonably priced. Very good idea to use one for S5 clamps. I use it for a final check on all module mounting bolts, and then put a paint mark on the bolt head and side to indicate it has been torqued. R
