I have one that the left side ruvet hurt me after about 500 miles.
I think I proofhided and all was well, or loostebing the seat tube bolt
slightly and adjusting the saddle nose a little left or right was the fix. Cant
remember for sure.
One thing for sure is Brooks saddles seem to change a litt
I’ve been riding derailerless with my wide/low with 8-speed in back for a long
time now and only issue is once on a big big curb hop the chain bounced off the
chainring. A derailer would have allowed me to shift tge chain back on whike
riding I think.

My bottle is a few years olde. Clear plastic/green logo vintage.
But I’ve cleaned it carefully after uses, flushing the nozzle so no (horrors!)
sugars from (gasp!) sports drinks collect and gum up the nozzle works.
Yet, as it has aged, I find the nozzle less responsive to the push and tugs of
me
For me it is aestaetics.
I like the uniforn sizing of the clamp area and the cuff of the 25.4/26
bars and dislike the looks of a bulge on 31.8 bars.
But really, it wouldn't matter if someone never pointed those things out to
me. I was perfectly happy riding my 31 bars until I started looking at

650bx36 hole black label Grand Bois rims.
Compass 32/38/42 mm wide tires go on and off with bare hands like butter and
practically auto bead seat upon inflation.
For 650b avoid synergy rims as Hetres and Compass tires require hand massaging

I think my bonking on commutes was related to sugar and diet drink intake
near the time of riding.
I noticed that I would start bonking on the 15 mile ride home about 6 miles

C17 didn't work for me - too wide in the crotch.
C17 is pear shaped, not more T shaped like a B17, and the sloping crotch
area is totally different than a B17 design. Makes for alot of width in the
crothc/upper thigh areas. So, like all saddles, it is just a matter of

Recently removed my front rack and fenders for my Rambouillet and currently
have my hanging edeLux mounted to my handlebars. But I was wondering is it
possible to mount it to the Fork Crown? Will that work with one of those

It might be worth a try.
Those IQX lights are nice in that it has up or down option for mounting.
But my edeluxe is only one way, though I have heard you can rotate the innards
in the casing. But I don’t want to violate my warranty.
You can still use a regular screw with washers on both sides of braze on and a
nut on the end-if you can still get the screw through the hole.

Woke up this morning feels like 0 recovery after 22 mile commute yesterday. So
tired. Normally even 30 mile commutes are no prob on regular diet.
