The Ergons aren’t great for swept bars. I have a pair on my Gus and they’re about to be replaced. The issue is the hard retaining clamp at the back of the grip. I have a pair of these on one of my other bikes and they are hands down the best ergos for swept bars: https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US

I’d also add that the guy who designed the Orthos uses a 25.4 single bolt stem on the Orthos even though they are 26mm. I think he actually designed them to work this way.
