I am running the SunXCD crankset with TA chainrings 46/28 using the IRD
Alpina-D front derailleur. It shifts perfectly.
The CX-70 would work as well.

The Clever Coffee dripper has a valve at the bottom that releases when put on a
cup. So it functions like an immersion brewer (French Press or a Clover) but
has the advantages of a drip brewer - filter and use of gravity. It makes a
great cup but does not pack small.

as they have a good trade-in policy.
The IGH might be tough to find on a used bike beyond a 3-speed.
