I think most of the Rivendells, and maybe especially the Appaloosa, lend themselves to various handlebars and setups. My older Appaloosa is really good with Billies as a country bike to cover miles of paved and gravel roads. A change to bullmoose bars makes the bike feel like an old school MTB,
