I use Kookaburra soap in my front loading washer and have never had an issue. I just use the regular cycle typically and put wool items in wash bags. I use 2 oz but I think the bottle states I should use 1 oz. Per the article that may not be a good idea. 1 oz seems like a small amount but I’ll give
