Thank you for the Bivo suggestion, those are just what I have been looking

I have a Klean Kanteen 800ml w/ a bamboo top. The top would rattle a little
during rides but I put a tiny strip of Newbaum's on it and it's now rattle
free. It fits snugly in a King Iris cage.

Sorry to hear it's been discontinued! A list member came through and I'm
all set. I see that Ben's Cycle is all sold out now too. Such a bummer for
a well functioning piece by Nitto. There doesn't seem to be any equivalent
either. One of the nice things about this too is that it can lower the

I'm shocked this beautiful frame hasn't sold yet. The Coleman stove green
is perfect on this bike. Does it include the custom front rack that is in
the last picture of the Google Photos folder?

Unfortunately not, that front low-rider rack was actually built for my
custom Fitz and I had him add mounts to it so I could use on this frame as
well. Doesn't mean the new owner couldn't have Fitz make them one though :-)

That's probably the length, not the width. :)

The trouble is that experimenting around with these different saddle
widths, lengths, "scoops," or whatever in order to find the right fit can
run into a lot of money. Most of these saddles, Brooks especially, aren't
cheap and having to buy and try one only to find that it doesn't work for

<$5 = good deal!
Note to all: These are a wee bit bigger in diameter than your standard
plastic waterbottle, but my Iris and side-mount Specialized plastic cages
handle them just fine.

Rivet saddles used to allow you to try a bunch of their saddles before you
chose one to keep. I'm not sure if they are doing that nowadays...

Takashi, In the past week I've seen 3 things that make me remember Japan so
fondly. I saw a lovely 'Rider's Lens' on Bikepacking.com of a quirky
Japanese family who take brilliant photos, a video of an English fellow

for me and, in the case of the leather saddles, worked hard to tune the fit.

I have this Bivo and use Nitto R cages I purchased from the list. No
rattles and the bottle goes in and out of the cage smoothly with no
rattling. I've been really impressed with the Bivo. Its easy to drink from
and keeps ice super long, even during the summer here in Phoenix, (~115F).
