There's a 60cm SimpleOne frame on eBay right now located in Durham, NC. For
some reason the seller is not interested in shipping so it's local pickup only.
I'm in Raleigh and could help facilitate a pickup if you're interested in it.

Hi Folks,
I was either off on my prices or the world is ending and no one needs bar
ends. I'm guessing it's the former.
Everything is still OBO, and I lowered the prices and/or included shipping.
Here's what's left. Please message directly with interest. Thanks! -Bob K.

Does anyone here have experience with this piece of hardware? They're out
of stock at Riv but Crust has them in stock. If the Wire Guard provides
enough "lift" it would enable me to use my Carradice Pendle bag.

That would be fun! I'm in the Chicago area, but depending on the date and

My experience with a Riv SaddleSack is the guard really only does the thing
it claims: protect the brake cable. The bag settled around it in its
original position, there was no lifting up or back.

Joe,
Much appreciate sharing your experience.
I may be better off buying a different bag. $40-$60 is a chunk of dough for
that piece of nice Nitto wire.

In the last couple of years, at least, the bunch seems to have been
amazingly effective at moving some 68cm Atlantises (Atlantii?) around to

It didn’t work for me because there wasn’t enough room between my saddle and
tire (fistful of seatpost) and the bag was squashed so I sold it onwards.

Just to clarify Peter, these wheels are not found as completes from the
"wheels" category, they are built to order via the "Custom wheelset
builder" with wrench icon, from the menu on the left, it's the 9th category
down, before you even get into a parts category.

This device is far too light and flexible to provide any support even for a

bag from rubbing the stays or brake cable.
It works well for its purpose, *BUT!* it is prone to fall off at least on
some bikes if held in place onl
Someone posted this in a discussion of lightish, rim-brake 559 rims. It
might allow someone to buy 32 rims for 36 hubs, or doubtless v-v, and thus
makes this sparsely populated rim field a bit more populous.

I have a 1UP rack and my bikes fit fine.
Clem size 52 cm with a 117cm wheelbase (tires are 650b x 48)

I did my best to measure the wheelbase of each bike, but they might be
slightly off by a cm or so.

I had a 1up rack but it got stolen! The thieves must have had the special allen

It would have fit my new Susie no problem.

But are they faster? Or do they actually slow you down, what with looking
around as you ride? I mean, it's scientifically proven that orange frames
are fastest*; has anyone done statistical analysis of which rim finishes
are fastest? There's no other plausible explanation for the near-total
