I just did a film giveaway on my Instagram page (davidshootsfilm) - I was
getting rid of expired film and film I wasn't planning to use in the next
year. I'm focusing on a narrow range of films and HC-110 as developer for

Here are some rough measurements made with a tape measure on this Waterford
Atlantis.
I give the measurement from the Riv 2017 geo chart in parentheses when
available.
Assume any discrepancies are my own error.
seat tube: 56 cm (vs. 56 cm)
top tube: 57 cm (vs. 57.7 eff. tt)
down tube: 62.25 cm
Looks to me like you got the stand over from the 53 row.

wholemeal and rye - and then went for a bike ride. And towards the end of the
ride I stopped at a bulk grocery and bought a couple more kilos of rye flour so

Obviously these guys planned ahead. Probably set up more bike racks in the

My recipe is 500ml warm water in which I dissolve a packet of dried yeast,
add a small amount of salt, and then 250g rye flour, 250g spelt or hard
wholemeal flour, 50g of rolled oats, 25g each of sesame seeds, sunflower
seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, and caraway seeds, a tablespoon of

If the rack can be disassembled with a wrench then there is no benefit to
pre-loosening the bolts. Even if they are tight, the thief can still
disassemble it with a wrench after you park your bike.
In fact leaving it tight is better for the thief because you won’t notice that
it’s easy to take
