Being an Atlantis owner makes me somewhat biased in that direction. However, either one can function for your purposes, and it sounds like you have each set up so they don't overlap too much. My Atlantis is also set up with 40 mm Marathon Supremes and I don't hesitate to take it off road. If

I think the San Marcos could be a good choice. If you are going to fender then the Grand Bois Cypres at 32 (depending on rim) are a nice tire. I doubt you could get a Hetre in there. But a Soma B-Lines should fit no prob. And there are other wide-ish tire options out there. The San Marcos doe
