I didn't glue mine onand glad I didn't cause I've already changed
the stem.
The bar end shifter stops them from moving backwards, the brake lever
stops them from moving forward and the groove/shifter cable housing
stop almost all of the rotation.

Took my first ride with a set of Grip Kings yesterday, thirty miles
after which I never felt better. I may never go back to clips and
straps. I learned that I like being able to put my foot exactly where
I want it and I seem to want it father forward than with toe clips.

i should add the bombadil is imron color persimmon, flat not metallic,
it appears orange in the photos but is more of a smoked salmon pinky
color.

were a little more grippy. I have some pedal studs for them that I

the roads are pretty rough here, after years of riding skinny tired
track bikes, i made the switch to these fatter tired rivs and couldn't

I'm with Mike. Have both the GKs and RMX pedals. Personal preference
is for the latter. Especially with Keens. They seem to stick to the
bottom just a touch better. Not that the GKs are bad or anything.

Thankfully, my LBS happens to be the type of shop that carries
Marathon Supreme 700x40. By the time I got there after work, the
little bulge had grown. Not quite alarming, but close. And, yeah, I'm

Glad to hear you are okay. We had a storm earlier this week that gave
us 70mph winds in spots. Was glad I was not out riding in that.
Oh, and I'm impressed. Hardly ever can hit 20mph. Unless there is a
good tail wind or downhill.

In the realm of fat tires, I haven't, fortunately, done an exhaustive
survey, but I love my Avovet 38 mm(35 actual) cross tires - very
comfortable on rough and dirt roads and they roll great on black
top. Not sure how available they are any more.
