(TOSRV), http://www.tosrv.org . TOSRV starts and finishes in
Columbus, Oh., and is always on Mothers Day weekend. This year is the

Thanks for responding.
I was thinking that as the chainstays got wider, the cassette moved
outboard more, but that isn't true is it? The cassette must be in the
same place no matter how wide the chainstays are? So that meas every
crank has an ideal distance from the BB shell that perfectly

It really depends on the terrain one rides weather a HSG would work
for an individual. A 24/44/48 and a 13-32 7sp FW or even a 12-32 8sp
cassette is very versatile. I believe Robert Beckman still prefers
this drivetrain on his Sakkit Touring bikes. . . which are designed
for on and off road.

I've talked with Mark about just that, and he said the single clamp is
totally bomber, like a handlebar clamp. It's not moving anywhere.
The only reason I'd go with the 2 is if I wanted to make 2 separate
copies of the mount. $52 for 2 clamps vs $32 for one.

It's been a while since I've seen a bike makeover in the RR. Those were the
best. I'm getting nostalgic for those early to mid 00's.
Great Rockhopper, by the way. It got me halfway to wanting to do that to my
21.5" mountain bike. (I ride 25.2" "road bikes".)

Great marketing strategy and a very fair price as far as I'm
concerned. Bleriots are great rides. I love mine but soon we will part
ways to make room for a custom that will cost a heck of alot more than
$584 but the Bleriot was the straw that broke the camels back so to
speak.
