Patrick, There are boat stores in albuquerque too.Where there are rivers there are dams. Where there are dams there are lakes. Where there are lakes, people have boats. I bet there at least 5 boat shops in metro albuquerque. You are conveniently located to elephant butte lake. Hell, people even have motorboats, pontoon boats and sailboats in Los Alamos which they drag off the mesa and over hill and dale to get to the lakes. I think most hardware stores have small cleats, and really good ones have big ones like in the video. They are not useful only on boats you know. Good luck.
