The Soma Xpress is my daily commuter tire on my AHH. It's not as wide and
cushy as the Pari-Moto, but I've had no punctures on my commutes.
The Xpress tires don't remove as much of the road "buzz" compared to
Pari-Moto/Grand Bois tires, but does not feel in any way sluggish to me.

My Road has room for Pari motos at 38 mm and that's about it. I actually
have Cypres on there now, and Pari Motos on an old UJB conversion.

I recently converted my Rivendell Road to 650B x 38mm Grand Bois Lierre
(from 700C x 28mm Ruffy Tuffy). The Lierres roll very well and are quite
comfy. I inflate them to about 60 psi (slightly lower in front, higher in
back). I rode 200 miles on them at RAGBRAI and liked them immensely.
