I agree with Ryan's opinion of the King Iris cages, though on my 51 Homer the location of the mounting points doesn't put them in a heart shape when I have 2 of them mounted and that's probably the case with the smaller Charlie Gallops too. But King does make them in titanium, and that's anodiz

I've been there, Leah. New bike, winter/awful roads. What I ended up doing was putting the bike in the back of my car and driving to a covered car park 20 minutes from home. I know they have security camera's, but I road around for 10 minutes and then left. That was better than nothing! I w

I use the small EVT mirror on my helmet and the small Rene Herse mirror on the end of the handlebars on my Custom. I only use the small diameter tubing SS Nitto or VO cages for water bottles. The fat aluminum or carbon fiber cages just look wrong to me, especially on a steel frame. I guess that is

I do like the look and function of the King Iris cages ; if you mount 2 they resemble a heart :) but no doubt even swoopier and more colorful options abound. Maybe they're even anodizable. ... oops, not as easy as anodizing aluminum according to Google search. OTOH they don't distract fro

Johnny,I do feel conflicted about the RR shifting. Not sure it will be a great benefit to me, either. Seems less ergonomic because I’m used to having the lever pushed forward and it’s better for the thumb. We’ll see.I dragged the bike into my mud room so I could stare at it and see how I should go
