very professional and interested in helping me with my needs. I have one

I've had similar reactions to my bikes ... vehicles, including the Herse,
the two customs, the tr*k*, and the Citroen Acadiane. And the Fargo. I
think many bike shop employees, even in high-end, mostly carbon fiber shops
are interested in well designed and executed bikes.

I should probably clarify, on the off chance that the owner is reading --
there is ONE shop somewhat near me that I send a lot of people to, and who
does see my bikes for the very rare job that I don't have tools for, but
it's quite rare. They installed a headset for me recently.
