Haven't measured the change in the BB height; will do so and report back. FWIW, the front tire is labeled as a 700c-32 but measures 33, the rear is labeled 700c-35 but measures 34. The diameter difference of the wheel size change is 19mm, so we could get all mathy and calculate it (the Tour R
