Haven't measured the change in the BB height; will do so and report back.
FWIW, the front tire is labeled as a 700c-32 but measures 33, the rear is
labeled 700c-35 but measures 34. The diameter difference of the wheel size
change is 19mm, so we could get all mathy and calculate it (the Tour Rides were
labeled 42 but measured 37, so, a net increase of ~16mm to 17mm of clearance,
give or take... So, it is now a little higher than the Tour Rides, but still
under the NeoMotos); but I'll still just measure it later...

Tom,

The brakes were actually what I was interested in seeing about. I don't think
there was much change in the way the brakes feel just from bringing the pads
up. The pads should have moved out from the rim by the slightest amount due to
the higher position on the arm (but very minimally so); but as the wheel width
changed so very slightly too (Synergy rims are 23mm, Dyads are 24mm); the rim
width probably obscured any change in width between pads; at least, there
wasn't enough of a net change for me to detect that difference.

However, while tweaking things, I shortened up the amount of cable between the
noodle and the cable retaining screw on the other arm; the directions specify
to have an inch distance, and I was close, but maybe a bit long... the effect
of that was that I would almost bottom out the levers onto the bars, and still
not feel like I was stopping fast enough. By shortening that distance by just
a little bit, the pads engage the rim a bit quicker, the lever feels the
pressure sooner, I don't have to squeeze the lever as far down to get a better
stopping rate. So, my brakes do feel much better now, but, that was because of
improved tuning, not an effect of the 650b/700c change.

I have to admit, I'm now starting to wonder, just how big of a tire would
fit.... I think Rock-n-Roads would easily enough (might have to remove the
fenders though). But beyond that.... I'm now wondering if any 29er tires would
go....
