This IS a topic that comes up frequently and it has me looking at my own use
case. I am an email exclusive user and here are some thoughts on why that is.

I too like Erik in Philly have all email notifications off except personal
messages. What I view I view here online, I have no interest in bunches of
emails.
For clarity, when I reply here on this topic , it is available for all
members to see here on this publicly viewed website and for member
I have my personal emails in a window in a monitor separate from where most of
my “work” happens. I glance over once in a while to see if anything looks
interesting.
As I recall, you can opt to receive one email a day or one per week(?) Downside

What Erik said, I tried the email version for a short while years ago and
hated it. What's going to happen is if the web version becomes impossible
to work with, I'll just not be on Google Groups anymore.

Taking a quick break from my work-at-home activities to express a bit of

about people who try to respond to the person who posted a message but couldn’t
for some reason. I *think* this is all based on issues
Ok I'm not the moderator of this here joint but the FS posts are killing
me. Google Groups is different and weird and stupid now and most of us
can't send PMs to sellers. The trick is to put your email in the post
without @s and dots like such: joeremi62 gmail com. Otherwise your FS post
is goi
