paperbacks in a local bookstore. I don't remember much about

Outstanding pictures Erik! Funny story about that snowy day. While I
was teaching in San Jose. One of the teachers during their prep drove
up to mt. ham and collected some snow to peg some teachers with
snowballs! By the end of my third period class my ear was filled with
ice.

Fantastic! What a great ride. It looks absolutely balmy compared to
our predicted high of 14 today. Still might get out on the bike for
quick jaunt though!!

I'm sure it did. In the coast range east of Silicon Valley, on Page
Mill Road, the snow level was 1000 feet at 11 in the morning.

Erik - great stuff -- at least nice to see for us costal
Californians. Our local mountains got snow down to 3,000 ft. with
about 6" so far.
