While this is no doubt true, I think sometimes folks can put a little
too much emphasis on chainline, *especially* on a multispeed rig.
Even on single speed setups, i'll normally just try to get the
chainline reasonable, and then i don't worry about it.

I run a TA cyclotouriste with 46-42-26 on my All-Rounder with 125+5 Phil
BB. I probably have straighter chainstays than the Atlantis but if you use
a 36 middle ring there will probably be enough clearance. The Phil BB
retainers let you cheat it over a few more mm's, too.

I fit a triple cyclotourist on a frame wide enough for 60 mm tires plus
fenders plus mud, with decent chainline; but it (Diamond Back Axis Team) had
indentations at the right stay.
Take a hammer to the Atlantis ...

If you clear the stays with a long BB, you will have poor chainline.
