I have some Silver-style Tektros that have the longlong reach. I could throw
them in if/when we find a frame.

I have deleted my thoughts on this subject, but I guess people still have them

I have a Nitto Moustache bar I can throw in the pile, if that's what
Manny wants. That bar can come with an ITM Eclypse stem if any fits

Surely we can find Manny another 49 Bleriot? If not us, who? Then
build it up with parts sent from all of our stashes. Who's in?

Manny...this just sucks on a gigantic proportion. I will add to the list of
people when I say your posts/rides/reports are one of the best inspirations
and always get me pining for the saddle. I think my heart sank more in

Hi Manny,
It says a lot about you as a teacher and a person. I'm looking forward to
being able to meet you in person. My bikes are too large for your physical

Oh man, I just saw this thread. Terrible.
I think Manny's Bleriot, in the many ride and camping threads in which
it starred, gave me more vicarious enjoyment than any other bike. Like
all of us, I'll miss it.
I once recovered a stolen bike by seeing it parked in front of a store

Manny,
I almost feel like I know you because your posts are always so

Hey Manny,
As I've already mentioned on the Facebook group, I'm really sorry to hear
about what happened to your Bleriot.
I hope your bike will be recovered and the lousy opportunist thief gets his
well deserved karma.

Oh Manny, I'm so sorry and so struck by your graceful positive
attitude. If I'd a been there, you can be sure Riv Chica Warrior
woulda run the thief down and made him drop the bike (or so I like to
think in my dreams). Keep on the trail and best of luck.

That sucks, man. You may have already heard this, but try making the
rounds of the flea markets around the area this weekend, esp. the one near
Downtown Oakland, I think it's at Laney College. They're a common clearing
house for stolen bikes. Bring a couple of burly friends.

Did the cops come and try to get prints from the old bike???
My car was broken into once and they wanted to do that, but were
kinda' pissed as I had opened up the car and had rummaged around in
the meantime...

Oh on a funny note the thief whoever it was when they took the bike
they left a bike there. So after a brief talk with with Target
security I needed to go home. So I strapped my 12-pack ginger ale to
the frame to off I went. To my dismay the bike was as well taken care

Manny, that's such a bummer about your bike. You got a great attitude
though which will clearly help you move on. If the bike doesn't find
it's way back to you I hope you're able to get back on the road soon.
And yeah, while it's a bummer it was stolen, like you say, you
definitely got your money's
I write because this is all I can do. For those that were wondering I

It might help if you also tell us what size it is, in case someone strips
