Roadini. That might be a great choice and compliment to the Clementine. I also
like the idea of a 48 Sam but looks like I would have to wait a for a used one.

The Clem L fits her according to the RBW sizing chart and your info, and is
a road bike. Does she want drop bars?? If so, the 50 AHH, 50 Atlantis or
51 Roadeo would work, or the Rodini
I would call Riv. They had a ton of smaller sized frames on the web for a while
but they have slowly disappeared. Maybe purchased? I would bet they can advise
you really well.

As fas as the Trek frame, comparing bike fit reach is not so simple as
measuring the TT alone . Different seat tube angles alone will skew the
comparisons, and I bet the Trek has
