Jonathan With all due respect, what is wrong with the Clem L she has and does she want a different frame??
The Clem L fits her according to the RBW sizing chart and your info, and is a road bike. Does she want drop bars?? If so, the 50 AHH, 50 Atlantis or 51 Roadeo would work, or the Rodini (not on the charts at this time). Small Riv's rarely come up here. Maybe CL is different. It may be a long wait. One missing piece of info is the PBH which RBW would need to make a recommendation.
