We will have a PDF of the Reader in the next week or so. This was a
sneak peak for our members and friends.
We need to do a final final proofreading of it, but wanted to add it
to the email update.

Chose the print option and then chose the option for selected pages.
I entered in 1-46 and chose print. It spooled the pages to the print
spooler and then after sometime it allowed me to save the pdf.
