Yup I installed CutePDF (Free) Then went into the link for the pdf. Chose the print option and then chose the option for selected pages. I entered in 1-46 and chose print. It spooled the pages to the print spooler and then after sometime it allowed me to save the pdf. CutePDF is a little odd but works well.
I use GoodReader for the iPad and the pdf looks fine in it.
