Bike flights for sure, John will have the proper size box and packing expertise
to get your bike back to TN without issue.
Door to door delivery beats lugging that thing to the airport and etc etc etc

When I flew to France a couple of years ago, I zip-tied everything together in
my bike case. If TSA had opened it, they would have removed everything as a
single unit.
Zip ties are pretty cheap at your local hardware store or from Amazon. Buy
enough to re-tie everything on the outbound and hom
Bikefilghts sounds great for average sized bikes, but what about all the extra
long wheelbase ones ? I'm not even sure my first gen. 60cm. Bombadil would fit
their boxes.

I've flown with bikes on Southwest several times. The only drawback is that
TSA always opens the cases, nothing was ever damaged however the contents were
always shifted and moved.
I've been very pleased with bike flights and then don't have to issue with both
our luggage and the bike case or
I second Beaverton Bob. John is a great guy.

I’ve flown with bikes on Southwest many times, both folders and standard bikes,
always in hard cases. Never had a problem.
