Riv's version is 26/40. Don't know why they didn't go to 24, but my guess is it has to do the step up and the front derailer efficiency, if that's what that's called. I'd be interested to see if and how well it works for you. I have the 32/40 currently on the Betty and love it. It's not that I do

So I want to do a 40/24 double mod with a Sugino double FD. Any suggestions out there? Stainless? Aluminium? More than 24t on the granny? Lessons learned? Chainrings you are happy with? I've been talking offline with Keven (original inspiration?), lister Jeremy (who is going to help me out o
