I've used Schwalbe Winter Marathons for over a decade, and love them.

Great! Let’s swap.As you may have seen in another post of mine, I realized I do not have (or cannot find) the ENO lockring tool to remove the rings. I plan to order one online, but would not be able to ship out those 50/34 rings until at least a week.Is that ok? If you are in a rush, I can try to s
Yes, got a feeling this will work out! ;-)

Eh, I don't think the loops on the Acorn Large Saddlebag will reach my
rails. :(
I have the old, 2016-era Rivendell stock saddle with the weird ovular loop
on the back; it's not wide enough to use as loops for this bag (or maybe
any bag) and it also blocks things.

I position my saddles far back on longish rails -- Flite + Dura Ace 7410
IIRC; perhaps strapping bags to rails of saddles mounted forward might not
work as well; but then again you can always make a stand-off and someone --
forget whom -- made thick and nice looking leather standoffs, but I've used
FWIW: Alternatives to integrated loops that don't require big bolt-on
carriers: neither work as well as loops but might be preferable to
jettisoning an otherwise favorite saddle. I prefer #2 to losing my beloved
original issue Flites and even prefer it to #1.
#1 VO bolt-on loops are still availabl
I guess my price was too high.

The Ritchey Vector Wing saddles have stealth saddlebag loops (because the
wing doubles as a loop). They're not quite "proper" bag loops, but they
work just as well. Much lighter than a Brooks, and the white version is
currently $24, which is MUCH cheaper than a Brooks or
Rivendell: https://ritc
Looking for a cheap saddle with proper bag loops - the new Rivendell one or
perhaps one of the V-O ones that have loops. Hopefully someone's got a
saddle they don't use or didn't work for their body that they'll let go
cheapish!
