Most likely no it wont. 650B rims are a full inch larger in diameter. 584 vs 559mm Imagine the fattest 26 inch tire that Ram will accept. Subtract a half-inch off of that width. That will be the fattest 650B tire that you could take. The Riv geometry chart for the 52cm Ram says that 26x1.3 is

I have the Ribbit brakes on one bike. I also have experience with Tektro Oryx as well as older cantilever brakes. When Mark put Ribbits on my Bianchi - he showed me how he secures the post of the brake pad in a vise, and gives the pad a gentle whack to create toe-in. So far, they have worked fine.
