This year's Fargo Street climb is in about a week, March 15th, organized by
the LA Wheelmen. Not a race, but a friendly contest to see who can climb it
the most times in a row. Ouch. The city lists it as 32%, most folks say

Cranks are 175mm. I'll get a BB length for you--I think its a 115.
Also, I will check when I get home to see if the mounting points for
the smallest ring are tapped for bolts. Looking at the photos, I'm
not sure they are (I never used more than one ring, so it wasn't an
issue for me).

As shown, the cranks are currently set up as a single-speed (with
650A on a Saluki? Are you sure it's not 650B?
