I've used fitContinuous in Geiger to estimate the parameters for an OU model, and I've used hessian=T to get the 95% confidence intervals. I've done this on 100 trees and would like to combine the confidence intervals so that my estimate takes into account phylogenetic uncertainty. Any suggestion
