I looked in the perl code of the qmail-scanner.pl and I think that it does all
of the quarantine tests on the email before it even runs the Spamassassin
check. I am not sure how to get the Spamassassin headers into all the
quarantined and rejected emails. Could look at --sa-alt but I am not sure
There is a file in the contrib directory that is included with the
qmail-scanner-2.01st program. It is probably not suited to what you want.
I have a modified version that I will send you today or tomorrow as I am not at
work.
