So the original person is wanting to notify the sender when Q-S blocks
a spam message?

There is *no way* you EVER want to notify anyone on spam-quarantines.
The sender address either doesn't exist or points to some innocent -
it's NEVER the spammer.

If you are asking for SMTP permanent error reporting on quarantine
events (i.e. qmail-smtpd returns an error when Qmail-Scanner decides to
quarantine), then it's in Q-S 2.01 as an undocumented feature - the
$QUARANTINE_REJECT_STATUS variable.

I'm looking to document it for Q-S 2.02 :-)
