It's not as fast, some people have had problems on very busy servers (ISP's
and large corp) I've been running it for 2 years on a celeron 850 with
256ram never had any major problems. The avaerage time goes up a bit from
1-3sec fast to 3-8 sec verbose(at least that's what I saw). The biggest

I can't find any documentation which lists which preferences are available
via the SQL databases. Is there anything in addition to required_hits,
whitelist and blacklist options supported?

Has anyone written a patch for qmail-scanner,
or a script to watch qmail-scanner's log files
and block IPs via /etc/tcp.smtp if more than
X viruses come from a certain IP in a certain
time frame?
