But when user send as a attachment fe .exe file, which is blocked in
qmail-scanner, but the user dont know that, the message will be droped
by server and sender nor recipient will not get any message. Which is
wrong.

i am using qmail-scanner for a long time. I have now a little problem.
BEcouse new viruses are using fake "From" headers, notification about
filtering emails (becouse of danger attachment extension) is not
possible in qmail-scanner. Reason is easy - notification (fe for
